I am not sure how many of you out there have two toddlers and are pregnant however I find the end of this pregnancy very hard to balance. Crossfit has seemed to seriously help have time for myself, which is hard with a two and three-year old. I have noticed that my pregnancy has been much more easy though than previous pregnancies where I did not eat clean. My family and I have been experimenting this last week with new ways to use the crock pot and have come up with some fun paleo ideas that work for the whole family.
I want to share my pear sauce that my 3-year-old son helped me create.
10 Ripe Pears peeled and sliced or diced
1 stick Cinnamon
1 squeeze lemon
cook on low heat for 6 hours
I served this with Pork Chops and Grilled Asparagus!
