Balance is Key

Do you ever find that your diet goals are unrealistic?

Many people find themselves falling off track because they are unable to find a balance with their food habits and their lifestyle. If your goals are weightloss, I suggest setting small goals and create a plan to adjust your lifestyle.  I changed my own life years back by finding balance and finding an understanding on where I wanted to be lomg term.  Find friends or coworkers to help you have balance and make nutrition fun.

Paleo Taco Soup
Organic Beef Broth
One jalepeno
Two onions diced
One pound organic free range ground beef
3 italian squash
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
Sprinkle of oregano
Sprinkle of cumin
Slow cook in crockpot all day
Serve with sliced avocado and green onion
